About the Role
We are looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Hunter / Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in shaping our teams by finding the right people for the right roles—faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring
- Promote employer branding and ensure a great candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment data and reports
Requirements
- Experience as a recruiter, talent hunter, or similar role
- Strong sourcing and communication skills
- Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
- Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
